Australian actress Cate Blanchett has teamed up with UNIQLO to launch its first literary magazine, Stories She Tells, which aims to elevate women's voices.

Blanchett commented 'There are so many stories out there that we have discovered cinematically that don't reach the mainstream - and of course, even though women represent over half of the world's population, their stories are often kept out of the mainstream. Given UNIQLO's platform, we started to talk about how we could help to bring and engender confidence for female literary expression'.
